Enter the MDN
Scroll to IMSI_S (MIN)
Enter MIN
Scroll to Home SID
Enter SID
Press Menu, scroll to SAVE and press OK 

OR

Click the Track wheel the device will Power Cycle

Location of MEID

Options > Scroll to and select Status

Turning Data Off

Options > Scroll to Manage Connections > Select Turn Off Wireless Connection
